Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form are officially married! The couple tied the knot at Preservation Hall in New Orleans in June, dressed to perfection in wedding attire appropriate for the Louisiana heat. Inspired by New Orleans style trends of the 1920s, Daddario wore a pleated silk Danielle Frankel wedding dress with lace appliqués and Watteau tulle. “Thank you for creating this amazing dress!” she commented on the creator’s Instagram post. Keeping her accessories light, the “White Lotus” star paired the dress with earrings, an embroidered parasol and a floor-length veil that rivaled the ruffled hem of her gown. “I wanted it to feel like everything worked in the heat too,” she told Vogue. “Nothing too heavy or serious.”

Speaking about her decision to work with Frankel ahead of her big day, Daddario added, “I fell in love with Danielle Frankel’s dresses. I followed them on Instagram. They messaged me, and we chatted, and when i went to their studio, i just felt beautiful in everything i chose my dress because i felt like it belonged in new orleans and it was the right choice for the heat of Louisiana.”

“He finally picked out a nice, not-too-serious suit that worked for a wedding in New Orleans in mid-June.”

To complete Daddario’s look, Form opted for a Brunello Cucinelli pinstripe suit in beige with matching shoes and a white button down shirt. “I’m constantly stealing his shirts to wear with jeans, and they’re always Brunellos,” says Daddario. “He finally picked out a nice, not-too-serious suit that worked for a wedding in New Orleans in mid-June.” After the ceremony, the couple headed through the French Quarter to Bar Marilou, where Daddario donned a ruffled tulle gown reminiscent of a ballerina’s tutu, which she paired with pink wedge heels candy and a bright red lipstick.

The couple first met during a chance encounter on the streets of New York. “He was also out for a walk and we ran into each other downtown,” Daddario told Brides in a recent interview. “He turned around and said, ‘Hi,’ just as I turned to glance at him. I laughed and said, ‘Hi,’ and then we both laughed at the fact that we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me out to dinner. I said “OK”, against my better judgment.” They later had their first date in Form’s room at the Greenwich Hotel.

Daddario and Form went public with their relationship in an Instagram post shared on May 4, 2021. “I love you… ‘and even that’s an understatement’,” Daddario captioned a photo of herself and Form sharing a kiss. A few months later, on July 7, 2021, the couple made their red carpet debut at the Los Angeles premiere of “The White Lotus.” On December 3, 2021, People confirmed that Daddario and Form got engaged in August 2021.
