Teen mom 2 Star Briana DeJesus has a lot to explain, at least according to her fans and followers on social media. DeJesus recently complained about money issues. Her controversial history with the fathers of her two daughters Nova and Stella has been well documented in the series. For years, DeJesus accused Devoin Austin and Luis Hernandez of not providing the proper financial support for their daughters. Although DeJesus has income from the show and the support of her mother and sister who she lives with, she wants men to step up.
But fans of the show don’t believe DeJesus is strapped for cash after DeJesus posts pictures to him. Instagram page recounting a Disney cruise she recently took her daughters to. The 27-year-old took photos of her daughters wearing Minnie Mouse t-shirts, ears and shorts as they enjoyed their vacation. “We did it,†DeJesus captioned the photo with a heart-shaped emoji.
The american sun reports that the backlash was almost immediate. DeJesus tagged Disney cruise lines. “This cruise is so expensive !!!!” one commented. “Yet she cries poverty to her baby dads,” replied another.
Austin and Hernandez have fought publicly with DeJesus over how they say she is harassing them for money. They allege that DeJesus is simply greedy for money and uses their daughters as pawns. But DeJesus denies this and insists she goes out of her way to make sure her daughters know their fathers and can hang out with them.
Fans remember DeJesus sitting the two men down and demanding that they each pay him $ 250 a month in child support. Austin said no, reminding DeJesus that he pays half of their daughter Nova’s expenses, plus her gymnastics classes each month.
DeJesus has already been called in for frivolous expenses. Fans were shocked when she underwent plastic surgery for a Brazilian butt lift. But DeJesus says she had the procedure done for free in exchange for promotion on the show and on her social media from Doctor’s Services. Fans also slammed DeJesus when she revealed she was spending $ 150 a month on new clothes for Stella. Many think it is an unnecessary expense.
