Plans have been revealed for the Fontainebleau Las Vegas retail space by Development of Fontainebleau. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas retail space is located at 2777 S. Las Vegas Blvd. next to the famous Las Vegas Convention Center. The 67-story development is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
It will have 35 “premium store concepts” spread over 90,000 square feet over two levels. Additionally, the property will also have dining options, a casino that spans 173,000 square feet, and other amenities. Additionally, it will have approximately 3,700 distinctively designed hotel rooms and over 550,000 square feet of convention space.
In terms of services, the Fontainebleau Las Vegas retail space will offer a selection of premier restaurants and shops, pool experiences and exciting nightlife options. In addition, it will offer highly sought-after spa and wellness services.
The Fontainebleau Las Vegas retail space will provide a seamless customer experience and drive unprecedented exposure and foot traffic for the retailer
“The resort’s elegant, refined and exquisite architectural design and other features have been carefully chosen to match our brand DNA. In addition, window shopping and posting take on a whole new meaning. Indeed, we have integrated various programmatic aspects into Fontainebleau Las Vegas instead of keeping them separate.
Our retail partners will therefore naturally capture more business while keeping customers connected to the overall experience. Due to the distinctive vertical layout of the building, we have a great deal of creative freedom,” explains Brett Mufson, president of Fontainebleau Development.
Additionally, Mufson explained that the developer is merging other Fontainebleau-branded components into the space. This would enable a seamless customer experience and drive unprecedented exposure and foot traffic for their retail partners.
Fontainebleau Development develops, builds and operates leading hotel, retail, retail and luxury projects. After nearly 70 years since the founding of the company, Fontainebleau Development adopts the distinctive integrated architecture of the property.
They plan to create a shopping area as momentum builds towards opening in winter 2023.
