Hy-Vee, Inc. recently announced that it will host its fourth “Best of Local Brands” summit in November to expand and improve product offerings at its more than 280 retail stores in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
Eighty-two new brands were selected from the tops of the first and second quarters combined and are available to Hy-Vee customers. The third quarter peak brand selections will take place later this week.
The summit will consist of 15 to 30 minute virtual presentations from selected suppliers. The summit will take place from Wednesday November 3 to Friday November 5.
Hy-Vee is currently accepting submissions for its âBest of Local Brandsâ summit online at www.rangeme.com/hyveelocalsummitq4 in the following categories of ready-to-eat products: groceries, fruits and vegetables, delicatessen, general merchandise, frozen food, dairy products, and health and beauty care.
ECRM and RangeMe help Hy-Vee find, qualify and match suppliers with the right buyers. All procurement and product submissions will be made through RangeMe, the industry-standard online product discovery and procurement platform, and ECRM will qualify suppliers, create organized meeting schedules, and facilitate performing face-to-face meetings with Hy-Vee buyers to present innovative new products. products on the market.
All meetings will be conducted through ECRM’s virtual meeting platform, ECRM Connect, and the ECRM support team will help ensure that connections between buyers and sellers are executed seamlessly. Suppliers not selected to attend this summit will still be accessible through RangeMe and may again be reviewed by Hy-Vee merchants in the future.
