VANCOUVER, BC, October 14, 2022 /CNW/ – JD Sports (JD), a global sports fashion retailer, opens its next store in downtown Bramalea (Bramalea). The new location, its eighth in the Canadian market, follows the opening of the company’s first three doors in the Greater Toronto Region. JD’s new store is set to open on October 15.

JD, which has more than 950 stores in 32 territories around the world, has enjoyed consistent success with its store openings in Canada and seeks to capitalize on this with its launch in Bramalea. “It is encouraging to see how the Canadian market has responded to JD in the brand’s first year. Retail stores and e-commerce stores are growing rapidly, and much of that energy is being generated by new stores like the one we are opening in downtown Bramalea. “, says the brand manager, Rolf Savella. “When customers come to our outlets for the first time, they discover that we offer great products from global and emerging brands for the whole family, quality service and a lively shopping experience. We are delighted to bring that to Brampton and Bramalea.”

JD Bramalea will showcase exclusive and hard-to-find apparel brands, as well as product launches of limited, hard-to-get and “high heat” releases loved by sneaker collectors and shoe enthusiasts. The retailer, whose selection of internationally recognized brands includes Nike, Jordan, adidas and The North Face, will also offer Bramalea shoppers retail access to global exclusives through its Global Access program. Global Access offers special make-ups (SMUs) of shoes and apparel from JD’s partner brands, as well as access to strong private labels such as Pink Soda and Supply & Demand, which can only be found at JD stores and jdsports.ca.
