A new pop-up retail store, Makers + Shakers, is opening on the promenade at Pier Village. From the makers of the popular AP Bazaar series at Convention Hall, Asbury Park offers an ephemeral retail experience like no other.
You’ll find a huge rotating selection of artisan, lifestyle and vintage products from the region’s top designers, manufacturers, artisans and collectors.
Makers + Shakers is located on the seafront next to the Wave Resort and opposite the Carousel in the heart of Pier Village.
Jenny Vickers, founder of Asbury Park Bazaar, said in a statement:
Makers + Shakers will showcase everything you’ve come to know and love about AP Bazaar: a curated retail experience with established and emerging creators, small businesses, and entrepreneurs, and offer visitors the very best. crafts and collectibles: beautiful housewares, handcrafted clothing and jewelry, stunning lifestyle products, art, photography and vintage items. We’ll also have some great designer displays for taking photos in front of and creating memories to share while you visit!
Makers + Shakers will be open over the Labor Day weekend, Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There is a bit of something for everyone. Art, photography, illustration, bath and body, clothing, accessories, crafts, jewelry, prepackaged and vintage food and drink.
This is an incredible opportunity for local businesses and entrepreneurs to be located in a premier oceanfront retail destination on the Jersey Shore.
