The most expensive outfits worn by royal children

At this point, Kate Middleton’s classic style is world famous. So it’s no surprise that she and her husband, Prince William, dress their kids to impress. On Christmas Day 2019, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham with their two eldest children and the rest of the Royal Family. The Royal Family’s annual walk to the church is well documented by onlookers and the press, so Prince George and Princess Charlotte were camera-ready.

Charlotte wore a festive green wool coat suitable for the December morning. The coat Amaia designed was quite similar to the styles worn by the Duchess, although it looks even more adorable in miniature form. It comes in several colors, including burgundy (which Charlotte also wore), for a price of $150. While that’s not an unreasonable amount for a well-made coat, we can’t help but think about how quickly Charlotte must have gotten away with it since she was only 4 at the time. Along with her holiday coat, the princess wore a pair of simple gray tights and Mary Jane shoes. While we’re not sure of the exact brand, if they were also from the same designer, they would likely cost around $65.

Her mother wore a gray wool coat with a green hat, heels and a handbag. Kate’s accessories even matched Charlotte’s coat perfectly, so the pair looked adorable walking hand-in-hand.
