Unbound Group plc, a new multi-brand online retail platform, has appointed Sarah Davies as chief product officer.
Davies, who brings with her over 20 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, will oversee strategy and product development for the group’s comfort footwear brand, Hotter, as well as lead development. Unbound’s clothing categories.
A member of the retailTRUST Elevator Mentoring program, Davies has held senior purchasing positions at Marks & Spencer and Arcadia, where she was director of purchasing for Dorothy Perkins.
Most recently, she executed the strategy of the UAE-based Landmark Group, leading Shoemart’s product function, accelerating its digital growth and securing high-profile partnerships, including the brand’s groundbreaking collaboration with Saudi designer Lulu. Al-Hassan.
Davies has also held positions at Jones Bootmaker and Debenhams, contributing to the brand’s innovative ‘Designers at Debenhams’ collaborative initiatives, as well as Tesco, where she launched and successfully delivered its rapid growth of internal footwear within the F&F Clothing department.
The move comes during an exciting time for Unbound Group, which listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on February 1, 2022.
